Our approach is first and foremost warm and caring. We are respectful, ethical and empathetic. We listen, value parental input and work hand-in-hand with families.
Strength-Based
A strength-based model of support incorporates the child’s strengths into therapy and uses these strengths to scaffold less developed skills as this increases motivation, builds confidence and provides more opportunities for success.

Hello and a warm welcome to Kaleidoscope.
We are delighted to welcome you to Kaleidoscope Therapy Group. We would like to share more about our ethos and what you can expect when you bring your child to us.
At Kaleidoscope, we believe every child has the potential to learn, adapt, and thrive. Our mission is to support this growth by closely observing, listening to the child and the parents, partnering with other specialists/educators in your child’s life. We take the time to understand the unique needs of each child and their family.
Our approach is person-centred and relationship-based, focusing on building trusting relationships. We emphasize emotional wellbeing, self-confidence, and self-advocacy, incorporating a child’s strengths and interests into therapy.
When we opened Kaleidoscope in 1999, our mission was clear: to provide excellent intervention services that were much needed but missing in Singapore at the time. Over the past 25 years, we have grown, moved locations, and continually upgraded our resources. We’ve had the privilege of training with some of the best therapists worldwide and have been honoured to work with passionate colleagues who have helped shape our unique approach. In recent years, we have welcomed new business partners, Sid and Bipin, who are helping us set and achieve new milestones.
