Program Director,
Ready Lets Go Early Intervention Program
Judith Guerrero
I believe in a world where uniqueness and differences are recognized and celebrated, a world where different abilities are stepping-stones to a life with more purpose and meaning.
I started my practice in the pediatric setting in 1998, after my experiences in different adult rehabilitation settings. I realized that I find myself more passionate and connected with children. Since then, I have worked in different pediatric settings from hospital, homes, clinics and schools (public/private/international) in different countries (United States, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore) and have collaborated with teams to ensure that we do our very best to foster and facilitate growth, progress and development in an environment that promotes this.
I constantly work with children, either in groups or one-to-one, who find certain aspects of development quite challenging such as social and relationship skills, fine and gross motor skills, as well as sensory integration and behavioral challenges.
I find myself wearing many hats- from clinical supervisor, lecturer, therapist, teacher, team player, partner and advocate. Working with children has been such an honor.
