Harini Ganesh has more than 22 years of experience as a special education teacher and an educational therapist. Her passion for relationship-based approaches led her to becoming trained in the DIR/Floortime approach. Harini feels that this approach aligns with her teaching style and beliefs. She strongly believes that the relationships we form with our students can be what makes the difference to their progress and success. Harini brings a calming presence, and a deep desire to understand, and support, her students developmental differences, into her teaching practice. She is the DIR/Floortime and social-emotional learning coordinator in Ready Let’s Go.
